These acknowledgements highlight both the strength of the 2025 season and the distinctiveness of High Eden’s climate & terroir. We’re delighted to see our Riesling recognised for its clarity, balance and site-driven expression.

We’re thrilled to announce the release of our 2025 Single Vineyard Riesling — a wine that captures the pure character of High Eden in an exceptional growing season.

The 2025 vintage is a vibrant expression of place: fragrant citrus blossom, lime zest and white stone fruit layered over our signature glassy acidity and fine mineral line. It’s poised, bright and beautifully structured — the kind of Riesling that reminds us why this region continues to set the benchmark.

This release is particularly meaningful for us after the challenges of the season - an incredibly dry growing season coupled with a significant frost event leading to a 50% loss in yield. This release is a testament to resilience in the vineyard and careful craftsmanship in the winery.

The 2025 Single Vineyard Riesling is now available via our online store and in limited quantities at select stockists.

VINTAGE 2025 WRAP-UP!

And just like that, Vintage 2025 is complete on March 4th, we harvested and processed our Eden Valley Riesling, bringing an intense and challenging season to a close.

This year was marked by multiple frosts, which resulted in lower yields, but the fruit we did harvest was of exceptional quality. The cooler nights helped preserve vibrant natural acidity, and early tasting notes suggest zesty lime, delicate florals and a striking mineral backbone - everything we love about our High Eden Riesling.

Adding to the excitement of this vintage, we are incredibly proud to have achieved Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certification ahead of harvest. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to environmentally responsible viticulture.
